Treat yourself to a SWIMCATION by attending this super fun and informative three day swim camp geared for adult swimmers and triathletes of all ages and abilities. While Karlyn is known one of the best masters swimmers in the world, she is also an amazing coach and motivator who will be sharing with you her SECRETS to swimming faster with less effort…in all the strokes.

Camp includes:
* Swim technique workshops for freestyle, back, breast, fly, starts & turns
* Or, choose to work only on freestyle in our Triathlete track
* Multiple video taping sessions with review DVD of all your video footage
(sent afterwards)
* Open water swimming clinic followed by a group ocean swim and relays
* Discussions on nutrition, post exercise recovery, training and racing strategies
* Aquatic Edge silicone swim cap and a pair of View goggles
* One dinner, two continental breakfasts and healthy snacks
