Swimmers of all abilities are invited to attend a clinic hosted by the New England Masters (www.swimnem.org) workout group at Percy Walker Pool, St. George Street, in Duxbury. The clinic will be held on Sunday, December 7th from 9am to 11am. The cost is $25.00 per swimmer, and will be limited to 24 swimmers.
Coach Jeff Rosen, who has 30+ years of coaching experience from US Swimming Age Group through NCAA Division I, will lead the clinic. Freestyle will be emphasized as well as starts and turns. Other strokes may be covered depending on time.
Duxbury Masters meets at Percy Walker Pool every Sunday at 5pm with different levels of workout intensity available. Masters Swimming (www.usms.org) is for people ages 18 and up. Many members swim for fitness; some for triathlon training; some for competition and masters swim meets.
